This Week's Goal

First up, thanks to Nathalie for participating this meme, which I would like to participate, too. Traveling the road to fitness for 3 months, I did have set short and long term period goals, but I truly didn't set some very short term goal, other than doing Lyn's Habit-a-Week Challenge. Since I didn't really set some goals for me to do this week, I will just enumerate goals I have for this week:


  • Drink at least 12 cups of water a day (maximum of 15 cups).
  • Walk / Jog to and around Colinas Verdes for at least 4 days within the week.
  • Do three Hip Hop Abs routines Mondays - Saturdays, with Sunday as my rest week.
  • Exercise for 60 minutes on Sunday.
  • Eat at least one kind of vegetable everyday.
  • Limit fish to 100g, other meats at 70g, rice at 3/4 cup.
  • Eat slowly.
  • Use the elliptical machine.

It's now Thursday, and since I post my Habit-a-Week Challenge every Sundays, I will post an update to this come Sunday and post my next week's goals that day, too.

As I am writing this, I am a little bit under the weather (cold symptoms)... but I still am more than willing to exercise and continue doing what I am doing. Wish me luck that I get past this week with flying colors. :)
