- Drink at least 12 cups of water a day (maximum of 15 cups).
- Walk / Jog to and around Colinas Verdes for at least 4 days within the week.
- Do three Hip Hop Abs routines Mondays - Saturdays, with Sunday as my rest week.
- Exercise for 60 minutes on Sunday.
- Eat at least one kind of vegetable everyday.
- Limit fish to 100g, other meats at 70g, rice at 3/4 cup.
- Eat slowly.
- Use the elliptical machine.
It's now Thursday, and since I post my Habit-a-Week Challenge every Sundays, I will post an update to this come Sunday and post my next week's goals that day, too.
As I am writing this, I am a little bit under the weather (cold symptoms)... but I still am more than willing to exercise and continue doing what I am doing. Wish me luck that I get past this week with flying colors. :)
