Thursday Sucks?

In an elevator...
Guy: T-G-I-F!
Woman (not related to the man): S-H-I-T!
Guy: T-G-I-F!
Woman (not related to the man): S-H-I-T!
Guy: T-G-I-F!
Woman (not related to the man): S-H-I-T!
Upset, man confronted the woman...
Woman (not related to the man): S-H-I-T! Sorry Honey, It's Thursday!

Thursday Sucks

I admit I am starting to get lazy. The cool breeze of December and the thoughts of Christmas is slowly starting to get into my system. I was able to do my exercises, yes... but yep, I am starting to get lazy.

Does Thursday sucks?
Nope it doesn't.

But what sucks is that I miss doing morning walks at Colinas Verdes. Sometimes it's raining, sometimes I needed to do chores... I need to find that one push to help get my ass off the bed and exert more effort whenever it's not raining.

Push me...
and then just touch me...

Hahaha.

Oh, I stumbled upon an awesome blog today - The Token Fat Girl. I love how Lorrie (the author) writes and take awesome pictures; I love how she carries her dresses well; and I love that she's doing the Insanity workout! I don't know how much she weighs, but I do know she's bigger than I am, yet she can do the Insanity and I can't! She is such an inspiration!

Roasted Chicken with Veggies

What I ate today -
  • 8:15am - 1/2 cup rice, 2 pieces dried danggit + spiced vinegar dip
  • 12:36pm - 1/2 cup rice, 1/2 cup leftover Laswa, 1 piece fried Tilapia fish (100g weighed as a whole)
  • 6:52pm - 1/2 cup rice, 60g roasted chicken (breast part), 1/2 cup Mixed Veggies with Fried Tofu (carrots, wombok, sayote, bell pepper, cabbage)
Total Cups of Water: 16

I ate rice for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Que Horror! Well, am not sure how much calories I ate today... but if I go on eating like this, I can kiss the weight I lost good bye.

Snap out of it, Jenn! I know you can turn things around!
